„Optimally utilised space“

Floor plan of a typical storey has approximate dimensions of 75 x 21 metres. Administration area that can be leased and corridors have been designed along the perimeter of typical storey. Rooms near to the windows are efficiently used to arrange working places. Welfare facilities are placed in the middle part of the storey with an option to set up a kitchenette. Other space in the middle part of the storey can be used to set up rooms for negotiations or archives, as the case may be.
